Warranty policy

For machines

During the production process, AtomStack US ("we") examines AtomStack products strictly to ensure the quality and reliability of the products before delivery to the customer. Nevertheless, under certain circumstances, products may not perform as expected. If any problem occurs, please contact AtomStack US technical support to diagnose the problem.

Scope of warranty

This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only products purchased from an authorized AtomStack US retailer. It protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as outlined below. Proof of purchase and a valid serial number are required to obtain warranty service.

During the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts and repair tutorials, provided that:

Product returns for repair or maintenance

If there is a need to return the machine for repairs or maintenance or other reasons:

Note: Particles, scratches, unevenness, or other appearance issues which do not affect the function of the machine, are not covered by the warranty and cannot be replaced.
If a customer wishes to return a machine to AtomStack US for warranty repair, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to AtomStack US. AtomStack US will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired machine to the customer, provided the repair is within the warranty period.

Warranty period

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser.

Disclaimer

This limited warranty applies only to the hardware components of the machine and excludes accessories and consumable parts.

AtomStack US does not cover:

Any modification to the product—including physical alterations, unauthorized repairs, or software/firmware changes—voids this warranty.
